Return & Exchange Policy
At WrightRaiments, every item is custom-made with care specifically for you. Because our products are personalized and made to order, we have the following return policy in place.
Custom Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part.
This includes:
Custom names or numbers
Personalized designs
Team apparel
Special color requests
Custom logos or images
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item
Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or provide a store credit if the issue was caused by us.
Sizing
Please review all sizing charts carefully before ordering. Because items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing selections made by the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has started, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
Processing & Shipping
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
