• Wait to Wash: Wait 24–48 hours after receiving the garment before its first wash.

• Turn Inside Out: Always wash and dry inside out to protect the design from friction.

• Wash Cold: Use cold water (\(<86^{\circ}F\)) to prevent the adhesive from softening.

• Gentle Cycle/Mild Detergent: Use a gentle wash cycle and mild, bleach-free, and softener-free detergent.

• Drying: Hang dry is preferred for longest life. Alternatively, tumble dry on low heat.

• Ironing: Never iron directly on the print. Use a pressing cloth or iron inside out.

• Avoid: Do not dry clean or use bleach/fabric softeners. 

Return & Exchange Policy

At WrightRaiments, every item is custom-made with care specifically for you. Because our products are personalized and made to order, we have the following return policy in place.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part.

This includes:

• Custom names or numbers

• Personalized designs

• Team apparel

• Special color requests

• Custom logos or images

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or provide a store credit if the issue was caused by us.

Sizing

Please review all sizing charts carefully before ordering. Because items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing selections made by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has started, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

Processing & Shipping

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
